The work centers on the forward-looking side of the numbers — forecasting, job- and department-level margin analysis, cash flow planning, and preparation for capital raises and exits — for owner-led businesses in home services and adjacent trades.

Angela has spent two decades across finance, operations, and design — from an early start at The New York Times to Big Four FP&A, and a string of finance engagements with founder-led businesses. She has also built, run, and sold two of her own companies.
That path is the point: she reads financial statements like an operator because she has been one, and builds models like an analyst because she is one. Francis Royce was the practice that grew out of that work.
