• What you tell us about your goals, challenges, and situation.

Financial & operational data

To deliver the service, we access financial and operational data from the systems you connect or share with us — for example accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and field-service software (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro). This can include revenue, expenses, payroll figures, job and customer data, and similar business records. We access this data to produce your reports and analysis, not for any other purpose.

Site & usage data

• Standard technical data your browser sends (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed) and basic analytics about how the site is used.

02How we use it

• Deliver the membership — build scorecards, forecasts, models, and analysis.
• Communicate with you about your account, requests, and reports.
• Process payments and keep records required for our own accounting and legal obligations.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and service.

We do not sell your personal or financial information.

03How we share it

We share information only with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run the business, and only as needed. These typically include:

Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA in California and the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses.
