Terms of Service

Last updated: June 06, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Francis finance membership, operated by Francis Royce LLC ("Francis," "we," "us"). By starting a membership, you agree to them. Please read the scope section closely — it explains exactly what Francis does and does not do.

01Agreement to these terms

By purchasing or using a Francis membership, you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

02What Francis is — and isn't

Francis provides strategic finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) for home services businesses. That includes management reporting, KPI scorecards, cash flow forecasting, margin and job-costing analysis, budgeting, scenario modeling, and decision support.

Francis is not, and does not provide:

Francis works alongside your existing bookkeeper and CPA and relies on the records they maintain. Nothing Francis delivers is a substitute for those professionals.

03Eligibility

Memberships are intended for established home services businesses, generally those with $2M–$10M in annual revenue. We may decline or end a membership at our discretion, including where your records are not in a usable state or the engagement is not a fit.

04Membership plans & deliverables

Each plan (Scoreboard, Game Plan, War Room) lists its deliverables and turnaround expectations on our website at the time of purchase. Where a plan includes a request queue, requests are worked one at a time, in order received. "Unlimited requests" (where offered) means you may submit any number of requests, not that all are completed simultaneously.

06Your responsibilities

The quality of any analysis depends on the quality of the underlying data you and your providers supply.

07No guarantee of results

Francis provides analysis and recommendations in good faith using professional judgment. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, profit, valuation, funding result, or sale. All business decisions, and their consequences, are yours.

08Confidentiality

We treat your non-public business and financial information as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. We will not disclose it except to provide the service, with your permission, or as required by law. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

09Ownership of deliverables

Upon payment, you own the final reports, models, and analyses prepared specifically for you. Francis retains ownership of its underlying templates, methods, benchmarks, and know-how, and may reuse them for other clients.

10Third-party tools

The service connects to third-party platforms (for example QuickBooks, Xero, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and our payment processor). Francis is not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or their terms, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Francis's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the one (1) month before the claim. Francis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12Termination

Either party may end the membership at any time as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms. On termination, your access ends and outstanding fees become due.

13Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect for future billing periods and will be posted here with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
